5 pork chops or loins
1 cup water (or enough to cover chops)
1 - 1/2 cups Salsa de Rosa
Boil pork on very low heat until it is falling off the bone. Remove bones and shred meat. Mix in Salsa de Rosa and heat over medium heat.
Serve with refried beans, cheese, sour cream and fresh guacamole. Wrap in a soft tortilla, flour or corn.
