How mild is Mild?

Mild is pretty mild.  Any spice comes from the onions or garlic.  Very little comes from the small amount of jalapeno.

What kind of tomatos do you use?

Plain old medium tomatos.  Not Romas, not Beefstake.

Is your salsa sweet?

No.  It's more tangy and spicy.

What kind of peppers do you use?

Only jalapeno in the Mild and Medium flavors. In addition to the jalapeno, we add habanero's to the Hot and Extreme Heat. Our Hot is "hot" but whoa, our Extreme Heat leaves that lasting burn. It's pretty hot!

In our Verde we use jalapeno and green chile.

Is it Organic?

No.  It's all natural and contains no preservatives, but we don't use organic produce.

Where do you get your containers?

The 16oz container is made by Placon and is purchased through any number of local packaging distributors.  The container is a huge improvement over previous styles.  The plastic is much sturdier and doesn't crack, but most importantly it doesn't leak.
